The problem I solve is simple: the experiences travellers want most in Japan and China are booked inside Japanese- and Chinese-language systems, on release schedules nobody explains in English, and the good seats and morning slots disappear in minutes. My guides translate the systems — not just the words, but the timing, the seat logic and the failure points — so you can book like a local, or hand the whole job to me.
